Can you ship to a PO Box?
Yes, nothing we sell is considered a hazardous item or highly flammable so we ship to P.O. Boxes.
How long does shipping take?
Please allow up to 2-5 business days for shipping, as we are a small business. We want to check each item carefully before processing an order. In some cases if you ordered a custom item it will take longer as we have to first make your order.
What if the item I want says out of stock?
If the item you want is out of stock, don’t worry you can message us! However being out of stock does mean to expect delays as items will have to be crafted before being shipped out.
Do you do custom orders?
Yes, in some cases depending on the complexity/time involved with the request. If you would like to inquire about a custom order please message us! Custom Orders are not refundable.
Do you accept Returns?
Yes and no. On select items we do not accept returns for precautionary reasons.
You may return the item within 30 days of purchase as long as the item has not been damaged and it is in original condition.
If an item broke during shipment we will gladly exchange the item once we receive the original package in our possession.

Do you ship Internationally?
No, due to the extra costs and regulations involved we do not currently ship or accept orders outside of the United States of America.
