How It Works:

1. Consultation:
Start by reaching out to us with your ideas and requirements. We'll discuss the details of your project, including design, size, and any specific preferences you may have.


2. Reference Image:
To ensure we capture your vision accurately, we request a reference image for the item you have in mind. This helps us understand the details and intricacies you're looking for.


3. Color Selection:
Choose the perfect color for your custom creation by providing a reference image or describing the specific shades you have in mind. We also can make recommendations of yarns and colors for you.


4. Quotation:
Once we have all the details, we'll provide you with a personalized quote based on our hourly rate of $24. This includes the cost of materials and the time required to bring your vision to life.


5. Crafting Process:
This may vary depending on the complexity of your request. With most items please allow a minimum of 1-2 weeks for items to be crafted. In order for best craftsmanship, we can not rush an order. We take pride in our work and want you to be happy wit the final product. We will send you updates on the progress of the item and a completed picture.


6. Delivery:
Your custom crochet creation will be carefully packaged and sent to you with love. We strive to deliver not just a product but an experience that reflects the passion and dedication we put into every piece.


Please note that while we aim to fulfill all custom orders, some may be declined based on complexity or the availability of specific materials. Custom orders are not refundable.
